New this week: Ramps!
A springtime delicacy! Great for salads, sandwiches, pesto, and so much more! Ramps are also known as wild leeks, and we forage these from our woodland sanctuary. We sustainably harvest only the greens, which are tender and mild compared to the bulbs. We leave the bulbs of this endangered delight in the ground, as the plants take 7-8 years to establish otherwise.
Ramps are great in pesto, pasta, salads, sandwiches, fritters, and more!
